Trainings: individually or as a group

My trainings are available in-company for teams working together or as public training mixing individuals from different companies. Here are the trainings currently available:

A person leans over a table and writes a sticky note during a workshop. The table shows sketches of a mobile application and other notes. A pile of books and a coffee mug appear in the background.

Well-performing teams in the future of work

In a changing workspace, teams face more challenges to collaborate towards a shared goal or develop rituals that will support their development and lay the foundation for performance. This engaging workshop gives team leaders and their teams an opportunity to explore their future of work and what it takes to create an empowering environment for everyone’s benefit. Through a mix of individual and collective activities, they will uncover what drives highly performing teams, and how to build an inclusive culture to drive effective collaboration.

From strategy to operations

Even the best strategic plans can fail if they don’t account for behavioral patterns that govern humans. Translating visionary concepts into tangible and impactful realities is a challenge – but one you can successfully take on with a few well thought steps.

This hands-on workshop equips Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Innovation leaders with a framework they can add to their toolkit and use to drive change.

In a half-day session, I will guide you in applying it to uncover ways to understand what hides behind the scenes of resistance, mitigate risks and mobilize your employees to enhance customer journeys, improve operations, and foster a culture of ownership, innovation and collaboration.

Scaling design

Design teams support organization’s transformation to become customer-centric. But a lot struggle to do so when the first designers onboarded prioritize delivery work and miss a strategic reach.

This workshop guides designers and design leads to reflect on their current situation in their organization and helps them get comfortable linking design outcomes to business value, a key to enable a flywheel effect that will support growth and elevate design.
