My career spans from hands-on to strategic roles in UX design, Interaction design, service design and customer experience – in France and the Netherlands. I worked with small businesses, tech startups, B2B SaaS, and Fortune 500 companies from a large range of industries. Today my experience benefits the practitioners I advise and support as they navigate the challenges they face within their organisations, whether they are establishing, scaling or maturing their practice.
